Section 1
General Terms and Acceptance

Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction

- You are acting with full legal capacity and are not subject to any guardianship, conservatorship, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering binding agreements.
b477 uses a combination of automated verification systems and manual review processes to confirm player eligibility. Where b477 has reasonable grounds to believe that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria above, b477 may immediately suspend the account, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and void any wagers or bonuses accrued during the period of ineligibility. Any deposits made by an ineligible player will be returned after deducting any winnings derived from such deposits, subject to the outcome of the investigation.

Account Registration and Security

Deposit Rules

- Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification.

Bonuses and Promotions

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Actions
- Registering more than one account on b477, regardless of the identity or payment method used.
- Providing false, forged, or misleading identification or verification documents.
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financially motivated criminal activity.
- Colluding with other players in live games, including sharing cards, signals, or game information.

Additional Obligations

- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward b477 staff or other players in any communication channel.

- Transferring funds between b477 player accounts or acting as an intermediary for deposits or withdrawals on behalf of another player.
Violation of any of the prohibited conduct provisions in this section may result in, at b477's sole discretion: immediate suspension of your account pending investigation, permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any outstanding balance or pending winnings, recovery of any funds paid out in error, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
Section 7
Account Suspension and Closure
Either party may initiate the closure of a b477 player account, subject to the conditions set out below.
Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your b477 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with your account username and a written request for closure. Before processing a voluntary closure, b477 will confirm your identity, ensure that any active bonus wagering requirements have been noted, and process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining balance to your verified payment method. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days. Closure or Suspension by b477: b477 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financially motivated misconduct.

- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.
- A legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement that necessitates the closure of the account.
In the event of a b477-initiated closure for reasons other than misconduct or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is the result of confirmed misconduct or fraud, b477 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as permitted under applicable law and these Terms.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b477 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the b477 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any other financial or reputational loss — even if b477 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, b477 accepts no liability for:
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
- Any inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or results that are subsequently corrected following a proven technical error. b477 reserves the right to void and refund bets affected by a material technical error in odds or game data.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct by b477.
